Ohio Chapter

On behalf of your Ohio Chapter Officers, I would like to welcome everyone to 2011.  I want to thank last year’s officers for all they did and for making the transition easy.  I want to continue in the strides made by this chapter in previous years and help to keep the Ohio Chapter a model to other chapters in the HTCIA.

In looking ahead in 2011 I would like to highlight several items of interest to the membership:

• Salt Fork Conference coming up in May
  • This was a great conference last year and we look to continue that tradition this year
• Membership Drive
  • More info to come soon
• New Website Looks Great!
  • We want to promote the use of the website.  Member Kevin Hodges has done a great job in designing this for us.
• Committees
  • This chapter is only as good as you make it.  We will be forming committees to handle various activities in the chapter and to increase member participation.
  • If you are interested in helping out please contact 2^nd Vice President Brandon Hoyt.
• Outreach
  • We want to continue increasing our student chapters and look to evolve this program into something special.
  • We want to partner with other like minded organizations for training and the sharing of ideas and information.
• We barely missed winning chapter of the year last year. I think we can win it this year.
